  Very nice, reasonably priced, RV Resort. Shower and guest bathroom facilities are in need of replacement. A number of improvements have taken place in the past year with the joining with the Sun RV Resorts organization that add to the
  ambiance and comfort of the RVers who are loyal to the Big Tree RV Resort.
